band mates!!
this is my first post. anw, first thing first.
1. today is my first tme taking over the band. n im here to apologise if anyone of u think that im over strict?
2. i hope to get all of your cooperation, n work together. trainings can be hard, but all u need is endurance n perserverance. ppl! HAV THE "NEVER SAY DIE" MENTALITY~!
3. please encourage ur peers n juniors. motivate them to do well, play well n enjoy band practices.
4. bandmates!! ask ur frens, ur parents, ur siblings, ur cousins, in fact, everyone u noe to go for the mini concert by our lovely sec ones! support them!! (:
5. like wad carol had said, mr yeo might/will be leaving the band. so let's make sure, the band can do well. win the competition n prove to mr yeo plus all the alumnis that we can do it. "seriously speaking, discipline is the root of everything n a band. especially to a military band."
6. interact with all the band members n not only ur own cliques/ section. let's imrove n help each other to play well n even better for the two pieces of music! yays.
